great locationnice cafesbetter shower
walking to the westfield mall was super convenient. the hotel is right next to the metro line.. around the corner, i found a bunch of nice cafes. the location is quiet, and the room was really good!
i noticed the room was a bit too basic for what i expected. i felt the shower setup could have been better to avoid any accidental slips.

the reception staff was very helpful and ready to assist with any questions i had. the bar staff were also quite friendly.. they contributed positively to my experience.

the room included a hairdryer, a kettle, and eco-friendly toothbrush which was a good touch. the bed was comfy, and the shower had reliably hot water... it was a very relaxing experience.

the location was excellent with quiet streets near main attractions i found the room to be very clean and free of odors the everyday cleaning and fresh towels were a plus for me the breakfast selection offered good choices
the staff could have been a bit more engaging i felt they were there but not overly helpful
